This Transport Academic Partnership (TAP) project is in stage 2; is intended to build on the results of opportunities to decarbonise Queensland's road freight task and chart a credible path to a smooth transition to low and zero-emission truck technologies (LZET) for road freight tasks.

This research project will include scope of government intervention and role in transitioning to LZET key points of engagement between government and industry to facilitate transition such as purchase cost, fees and charges, battery charging and refuelling infrastructure planning and investment, regulatory and legislative barriers, industry development and industry trials of LZET.
